I found the staff friendly enough however I am 51 years old I have been managing my diabetes for 7 years and because of my past care does not agree with their current philosophy they expect me to change to a completely different system with no regard for my concern in it I most definitely would not recommend this to anyone who has passed the archaic stages of carb counting especially when it comes to injectables other than insulin to manage your diabetes in my opinion it's almost worthwhile to stay with your PCP and try to m... read more
So as I was reading the reviews, I noticed that there was one for the scheduler. Unfortunately, I had the same issue. She is rude, abrupt and speaks over you. When I advised her that she would not let me get my question out and was speaking over me, she said no I’m not and continued to speak. I paused, said I’ll call back and hung up. After many years going here, I could not be more satisfied the staff is absolutely the best.... update 2025 nothing has changed still top of the line I just can't say enough good about them....
Office is clean and has ample parking. My biggest concern is the professionalism of the front desk. There is limited signage to identify what the business office is. It could be a government building or anything because no signage when you walk in. Multiple members of the front desk staff display flat affect and have not received proper training on how to extend a professional greeting to patients. Dr. Benjamin Dennis is a great doctor. He treats you like a human not just like another patient. He's explains everything so you can understand and even ask if you have any questions. After your visit he walks you to the exit and tells you to have a great day.
