I saw Dr. Jumani and she was nice. Pretty professional and thoroughly talked through everything. However, the man at checkout was pretty rude. He made comments about how she put so much in my chart for him to do. When it came time to scheduling an appointment he didn’t give me any options just told me what time to be there. He handed me a card and told me to write down a password. I asked him what it was for so I could figure out what I wanted to do and he had a bad attitude and said it was for MyChart, acted like I was supp... read more
