It's always the same. I hate going here but there aren't many Endocrin Dr. In my area that take my insurance.. so I have to make the best of a bad situation.
I saw Dr. Jumani and she was nice. Pretty professional and thoroughly talked through everything. However, the man at checkout was pretty rude. He made comments about how she put so much in my chart for him to do. When it came time to scheduling an appointment he didn’t give me any options just told me what time to be there. He handed me a card and told me to write down a password. Blonde lady working the front desk is extremely rude. When I walked in I told her I was unable to schedule an appointment due to waiting on the phone for hours to which she replied “yeah there’s like 13 people waiting how can I help you”. I was unable to understand her and didn’t hear the “how can I help you” part so I responded “Okay so do I need to leave and wait on the phone for someone to pick up and schedule an appointment?” to which she replied “No I just said how can I help you?”. I am extremely disappointed with the way Haley Patterson Hall treated my mother during her visit. The level of disrespect and condescension displayed was unacceptable, especially in a setting where compassion and professionalism should be the standard.
