I had a good experience
Ok so first thing is I called them and told them I needed a ride to Children's Health Care of Atlanta and they said to go here so I got mad because the point I had to wait 5 to 6 hours just to get a treatment on my throat and ears they decided to bring me back home and I couldn’t breath I’m very upset they also had the nurse being so rough on me. I don’t like going here at all and I don’t recommend anyone else going either.
Unless you like surprise bills for the foreseeable future, avoid going here. The staff inside was super nice and the experience wasn't bad for a breast biopsy. The kicker is the bills that keep coming almost a year later. Seems they have an extra charge to tack on every two weeks and every one comes in as a final notice. I paid upfront and have received to date 7 extra bills varying in severity from $590 for some unexplained cause to $150 (4th one of this amount just came in today, final notice of course) for an apparent doc... read more
I went to an urgent care for chest pain and problems breathing. They gave me an ekg and it came back abnormal. In return they sent me to the er here at piedmont. In the time period I was sent I only saw my dr. One time in the 5 and a half hours I was in the er. He was very nice and seemed busy. But as for the nurses they were ruff with my iv I rang for them to bring water and nothing for 20 minutes!!! I later rang for the rest room and nothing again for about 15.
