I have had a hard time trying to get Walgreens to send my medicine list over to them. And I have had to call a few times and explain what was going on a few times. Each time I call they never cut me short , they are always nice.
I live a mile from 2 other pharmacies. I drive past them to make a 15 minute drive to Piedmont Pharmacy because it's worth it. They never screw up my medications or tell me something's ready when it's not. They are lightning quick, both in filling prescriptions and in the pickup process. And they don't have to ask my name because they remember me.
Great customer service! They go the extra mile and the prices are better than at the large commercial pharmacies.
