Everyone there is very helpful and kind. They are gentle with the animals and explain everything very well about the animal’s care.
When Dr. Lutz ran this vet, it was great. Since then, I am fairly certain the doctors on staff and ownership has change a few times. This vet does not have the same service and level of care anymore. Since the sale of the vet, it seems like this vet cares less about the services or product they offer they do about the profits they make. And if they are going to stick you with just a vet tech, and not a licensed veterinary doctor, that should tell you that before your visit especially if they are charging full fees.
