12/22/2021 - I just called in to complete a payment (which went ok) but then called back at 3:03 PM to obtain a receipt. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She asked for my DOB and I advised that I had the account number to try to make it easier to locate the payment. She very rudely says, "DOB!" I advised why I'd given the account number, then she says, "DATE OF BIRTH, are you going to give me the date of birth or not!". I proceeded to tell her how unnecessarily horrible her attitude was.
