Dr. Susan Jordan Piedmont Health Fayetteville is my Orthopedic Surgeon for a torn rotator cuff. It's been 4 weeks post-op and had follow up that went well. The surgery was successful but I still have more recovery. Dr. Jordan and her team was Professional, informative and Nice!!! She is easy to talk too... I definitely recommend Dr. SusanJordan to all for any Orthopedic needs.
Dr Jordan fixed my rotator cuff and bicep tendon (both repairs). She and the team at Fayette hospital were extremely professional. I would highly recommend to anyone with shoulder issues. Dr. Jordan and her teams are wonderful! Thank you!!!

This is the second time I have been to her and have been told that "she is running behind and the wait time is gonna be 1.5-2 hours". This is not OK. Some of us have to shut our businesses down to come to these appointments and then end up either having to be closed for three hours, or cancel the appointment and end up in pain longer because you cannot schedule your appointments correctly. Horrid practice.
Horrible experience. Wasn’t concerned or helpful. Had high school student tagging along with her in my exam room. Left feeling disrespected and embarrassed for seeking treatment. Waste of my time and money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
