My experience with Grainger Nissan of Anderson was a bit disappointing. I was charged approximately $200 for a diagnostic of my AC. Even though, I declined for it to be fixed, I was still charged that amount. Being a loyal customer obviously doesn’t mean a thing to them. This will definitely be my last time having them service my vehicle. I will gladly patronize another Nissan dealership for future service.
