The receptionist Darkeshia ( I hope I spelt correctly) is amazing. Each visit she has been very welcoming and friendly.
Middle of the road because when I expressed my concerns, the ladies helping me did pause to try to address them. But Piedmont really needs to make sure that communication is easier across the system, not just on MyChart.
