Middle of the road because when I expressed my concerns, the ladies helping me did pause to try to address them. Complete disregard for your health and time. My original order/referral was put in for a diagnostic mammogram. when I scheduled the appointment over the phone It was changed to a screening, once I got here The mammogram was again changed to a diagnostic. My appointment was at 11:30. I was not seen for my mammogram until 1230 then was told I would have to wait for an ultrasound because they had changed it back to a diagnostic.
