Went in for can't breathe. Spent almost 2 days on a Gurney with a mattress that felt like it was filled with gravel. Nothing offered to eat or drink. I had to keep sitting up because of pain from mattress. Complained and was finally told I would get a better bed when available but if I did not want to wait I was out. Urinated over myself several times. Finally got a room. It was like going from sleeping on a gravel driveway to luxury. Finally got some ice water. No food. 3rd day no food. I went a week to have X rays on a cough. They done the Cray but wouldn't check me for covid 19 guess what I got covid 19 so I called them to see after my 14 days could I be check to make sure I am negative. they said couldn't do that. I feel like that doctor should have check me I had a cough
RecommendedI have just spent 3 days on the Cardiac Unit,I came through ER and I can honestly say that every single member of staff from Doctors to the girl who delivered the meals were amazing.i received most excellent care and was treated with care,kindness and always a smile.....The Cardiac Unit were so sweet and nothing was too much trouble ......a tribute to their profession every single one of them.

I just had the worst follow up appointment with a breast doctor at that facility, went to get my results from having a biopsy in both breast and she was very short with me, she got irritated when I had questions about my results and cut me off when I tried to talk and didn’t even fully explain her findings but did tell me I would need surgery I was so distraught I requested all of medical records before I left now I have to find another breast hopefully God will bless me with a doctor that has some empathy for what I’m going... read more

Cannot believe the lack of compassionate care for a member of our church who is a patient there, along with his wife who desires to be with him in order to advocate for him. He is in an apparent dying condition, but his wife will not be allowed to visit him after tomorrow because of the admission of a coronavirus patient to the hospital! The presence of his wife may be a motivation to him to try to live; but, NO, SHE CANNOT BE WITH HER HUSBAND! I believe that this is NOT GOOD CARE!
I would die before I would go back to this hospital! They treat people worse than animals! They don’t care about their patients at all! Please go to a different hospital!!! This place is garbage!
This has been the worst hospital I have ever had to deal with. My mom has been there over a month. To start off her experience, the pre-admission nurse told her she needed a COVID test, which was across the street from the hospital, an that 'I could just push her across the street in her wheelchair', and she ended up falling out of her wheelchair on the sidewalk and hurting herself.
