Horrible. I called to cancel my insurance because I found cheaper Insurance elsewhere. The agent on the phone says “ well I cannot cancel the policy because I’m not the agent who setup the account”. That lady was so full of lies, it doesn’t matter if you’re not the agent that’s set up the account you’re still the agent representing the company that I’m insured with so cancel my account and quit giving me the runaround.
I can't log in to see if a payment posted. Asking for a user name and password. It used to ask for Policy number, Last name and zip code. I have trouble getting my mail for some reason and conduct most business online. Disappointed.
I called and spoke to Ashley because I was needing something emailed to me. She was fast, and had patience with me. She also had a great sense of humor.
This Company is GREAT! They are always friendly and take time to answer my questions. I feel like they want to earn my business and trust.
