My doctor recommended this location and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff, their efficiency and the modern equipment. I plan to use this facility again for an MRI.
Furious with how my elderly/handicapped Mother got treated today. I am a Nurse and please know this is only the 1st step of my reporting on this incident. She requested a wheelchair for assistance today & was ignored profusely. I am keeping this Post respectful & I expect a response in the same manner.
We made an appointment for a bone density test. We were told there was a $50 copayment. We asked specifically if this was outpatient and if they would charge any hospital fees, since they are affiliated with the Mountainside Hospital in Jasper. The day of the appointment we asked the same again and were told it was only the $50. A few weeks later we received a $830 hospital bill.
