We made an appointment for a bone density test. We were told there was a $50 copayment. We asked specifically if this was outpatient and if they would charge any hospital fees, since they are affiliated with the Mountainside Hospital in Jasper. The day of the appointment we asked the same again and were told it was only the $50. A few weeks later we received a $830 hospital bill. I had a very positive experience during my outpatient visit at Piedmont East Ellijay. Mammograms arent pleasant specially for a first timer ♀️. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. I was seen and finished within 15 minutes. The staff was courteous, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Highly commendable service.
I had a bone scan. Staff was great. I’m Claustrophobic and i closed my eyes and she talked the whole time. I made it thru the scan.
I have had 3 mammograms, MRI, and thyroid US at this facility. I can not say enough wonderful compliments to the receptionists and technical staff. They are very kind, considerate and competent
