Horrible! Awful! Don’t recommend. Huge waste of my time! I’m so annoyed. I went to doctor right next door to this place and so I walked over for an xray even though I really need MR but supposedly insurance would cover xray. Of course was too late in day so they said to come back the next day. I called the next morning and he said I could do a walk in appointment at 10:30. An example of our typical ineffective healthcare system. No one in the waiting room, can't do a CAT scan for approx. 1 week due to insurance approval and can only provide the service on Tuesdays. So sick of all the scheduling systems and policies...
I have nothing but trouble contacting and getting answers. I hand delivered a MRI disc from another hospital to have it scanned in so radiologist would have on file for comparison to new I was scheduled for. Man at desk said he would call and let me know if it scanned in. Haven't heard and when trying to get through you get blocked with the old robot scheduler that even when you get a live person just sends you back to the loop. Piedmont has failed in patient communication
I went here for my 1st mammogram today and I can’t speak more highly of the staff. Cindy was especially so kind and caring and explained the process in detail of what I would expect. Also, she knew I was very nervous and went above and beyond to assure me that she would put a rush on my results if she could. Thank you so much!
