I had a very positive experience during my outpatient visit at Piedmont East Ellijay. Mammograms arent pleasant specially for a first timer ♀️. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. I was seen and finished within 15 minutes. The staff was courteous, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Highly commendable service.
I had a bone scan. Staff was great. I’m Claustrophobic and i closed my eyes and she talked the whole time. I made it thru the scan.
I have had 3 mammograms, MRI, and thyroid US at this facility. I can not say enough wonderful compliments to the receptionists and technical staff. They are very kind, considerate and competent
