theyre all rlly professional and super sweet. starting from the desk to the dr. way different than any other local ers ive been to. they treat u with a deeper level of care and FAST. i think my nurse was named amanda, only regret is i wish i got more names so i can show more appreciation!

I won’t share specifics of my visit but I felt cared for so closely while I was at this ER. I was out of town in GA for a girls trip & ended up having to go here two different times. The nurses, Nurse Shayna was my saving grace. She went above and beyond I make my friends and sister and I welcome in a time of heartbreak and need. It was my first time having to be in an ER and though the reason for my visit was sad, this was as good as an experience as I could ever have. Thank you Piedmont.

You cannot imagine! I went in because I had sudden onset deafness in my left ear. The triage nurse halfway put a small cuff on my forearm and 175/115 indicated an acute cardiac episode. No one looked in my ear. 2 CT scans later they wanted an MRI. I asked the nurse to move my cuff to my bicep, which took a larger cuff (no, not obese, 6-6, 215). AMAZING, my BP dropped. 2.5 hours and saw the doctor for 30 seconds....nope, no one looked in my ear, nose or throat. Discharged after sons drive in from Chattanooga. Given anti-viral... read more
