Dr Williams(I believe) is amazing! Got me back for CT and ultrasound immediately turned out I needed surgery! Very throughly and the rest of the staff was amazing as well from check in to transport!

I came in with acute ear pain at night. The clerks, nurses, and doctors were polite, informative, and compassionate. I was booked, evaluated and treated within an hour. Very much recommend this hospital.

Took me right back and started working - excellent care. I wish I had got all their names. The nurses, techs, doctor was very respectful and helpful.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience dealing with Piedmont Healthcare following an emergency room visit. To be clear, the clinical staff were kind and professional, and I appreciate the care they provided. However, the experience quickly unraveled once it came time for discharge and billing. I do not recommend. They do not have doctors on staffWhen there is an emergency specific lay , as as a wound doctor. We had a very bad experience there and would never , ever recommend the e r in Ellijay GA
