I recently purchased a hospital bed from this family owned business and have received the best customer service in my lifetime. I am not a family member, friend or paid review. My daughter located Piedmont online, I called, visited the facility and purchase a bed based upon a fair price and superior help from the owners. The owners allowed me into the facility to see the bed, helped me load it and provided training on how to use it. Great people, great service!
Takes so long to get loaded, worked for so many years there are rare occasions like this one, keep telling me an hr or so, and keep telling me the same thing after an hr, just so that I wouldn’t leave. Companies with simple rules and with workers that actually get their job done, is the companies I’m looking to work with. Been told last driver was being loaded 8 hrs or so... that’s way too long! We drivers have very little time on our hands, with using these ELD’s.
