This company did work on two of my systems May and August of last year and today i had to have both systems worked on after they replaced the evaporator coil on one unit and a compressor on the other will not recommend them. They are good on trying to sell you a new unit.
I have tried to get on the schedule for AC for almost a month. The last conversation we had with their text messaging system was regarding two dates that we were available and they failed to respond. We had to reach back out to ask about these dates just to be told they’re not servicing on one date and the other date they’ll give us a time frame when they can be in route. A contractor was sent to my home for an inspection from my warranty for visible damage to my ducts in my basement. We called back to service because realized he didn’t inspect every area the inspector was in our home less than 5 mins. The report that was given was we damaged our own ducts due to Renovating. Sad thing is this was completely false We just moved in and we were still living in boxes. I’m disappointed a false report was given. I do not recommend using this company. Just terrible service.
We had an appointment(3/25/26) booked through American Home Shield with Piedmont to have our AC looked at. The symptoms were low air flow and high electric bills! We had to turn on emergency heat just to keep our house warm. Dylan was our technician. I explained these symptoms to him, and he went to work. He determined that the airflow distribution system did not have any blockage. He determined that our filter needed to be replaced. I replaced it and that was not the cause. They were excellent. We had another "company" come out before them and try to run a scam on us and our warranty company by stating extensive repairs were needed. I asked the warranty company to send someone else for a second opinion. Piedmont Mechanical was this second company and saw some minor tweaks needed as opposed to the thousands of dollars worth of repairs that the first company got the warranty company approved.
