THE WORST!!!! They will come to fix one thing and break another and not fix the initial issue. They say and diagnose based on what home warranty company wants rather than the real problem. The owner said I’m not his customer since it was through the warranty. Piedmont mechanical sent their technician to my home to repair my downstairs ac unit. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Save yourself time and money by using anyone else. This company was sent to my home by way of a third party company. Whenever they leave you will need someone else to come and fix their mistakes. They won’t even own up to this lack of competence of their workers and this only will cost you more money. I wish an option was available to leave zero stars. Stay away!!! They came in to repair the air conditioning and broke my heating. I had to spend extra dollars to get that repaired. On top of that, they don't honor their own warranty. The lady answering the calls seemed like uninterested in getting the problem solved.
So we have these people come out because they were all authorized service vendor for American home shield. First appointment date they completely missed and didn’t show up didn’t call and didn’t text. When they receive my appointment they sent an automated text message that they do not call their office..
