Thank you for quality service. They sent Tony he knew exactly what to do and got it done. We have home warranty but I will be using them for other services as well. We were without an AC for two weeks the previous company were awful, Piedmont was sent out as another vendor .... Go with Piedmont on the first try.
Used them through AHS, and they do not stand behind their work outside of 30 days. They were here in July 25' and now that the same issue has happened again they will not come and fix their work. Would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not stand behind their work
American Home shield sent this company out last year for my air conditioner and I was told that there was a leak and supposedly they fixed the leak. Here we are a year later with the exact same problem that was not fixed like they said a year ago. Somehow this year the they come back and say there’s physical damage to the AC coil when they were the last ones to touch it. Just a big mess in this Georgia heat.
I had home warranty and this company was assigned. Repair technician came out and refused to work on unit. He couldn’t figure out right from left and refuse to look at unit.
Tony is a great technician, ask for him . He did my heating system last year and this year was AC unit ..He explains in details what is wrong. Also suggest other things to keep it maintained thanks Tony. Chris is not a nice person, he has no understanding at all. He calls to argue with you so disrespectful. He needs to learn customer service etiquette. It’s a business. He needs to learn how to respect people feelings or maybe take some classes for professionalism.
