If it was possible, I would give 4.5 stars. I think it is rare that any company deserves 5 stars. Usually, there is always room for small improvements. That said, if Google allowed 1/2 stars (3.5 or 4.5, for example), then that would be a nice improvement. All of that said, Piedmont Lawn Solutions for a core aeration service (based on my inquiries) is maybe a bit on the high side, but Josh has overall very good communication. Piedmont has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since buying my home last year. Having new sod, I really needed their expertise to grow and maintain a beautiful lawn. Their communication throughout has been impeccable! 5 well deserved stars!!
