Dr. Masood Is a true Gentleman with a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses are kind and professional. I highly recommend him and his staff.
I went to Piedmont for a specialty Pulmonologist appointment. Dr. Masood's bedside manner is horrible!!!! I had to make sure I was stern about her actually having a discussion about what was going on with me because she was so unclear, not telling me anything!! They are extremely disrespectful of your time!!!! There is no structure whatsoever!!!! While I'm sitting in the lobby, the nurse asked me if I wanted to do three tests. Dr. Masood and her staff are awesome I don’t know what I would do without her and them. She has really taken good care of me with my Lung issues. Her staff is amazing they really show love when u walk in the door. It really feels like home there. I’m in the best care with her and her staff. I really love them all. THANK DR. MASOOD AND HER STAFF.
When I first came here my breathing was terrible I have to take the nebulizer three sometimes four times a day now I'm only taking it once a day okay I used to take the Combivent I was constantly using it okay now I just carry it with me and I just carry it with me and I don't even use it okay when she gave me the trilogy okay that was the best thing that you could have given me okay it's to me I think she is a fabulous doctor okay I've been to all the doctors and they did nothing for me absolutely nothing okay I come here a... read more
