The only reason i'm giving this place 3 stars is because the building is nice & clean. The technician I had to do my ultrasound was really nice, I regret not asking her name so that I can include it in here but she was great. The bad experience I had was with scheduling specifically Tory. She acted like she couldn't hear me & the way she was replying was giving off bad mood vibes. Very clean facility...Front desk acknowledged me when I was checking myself in...No problem there at all... I had an appointment scheduled at 7:30. Came by 7:15 to do paperwork. Finally at 8:00 am, my name was called and Rep asked me to step into the office. Seems my Dr. didn't send correct order for mammogram. You would think, because this facility is Piedmont, my doctor is under Piedmont as well, someone would pick up the phone and ask for the correct order. I had to go in for my annual mammogram today. It is usually awkward and uncomfortable and I dread the experience. I usually go to Piedmont West but decided to try this location instead. The lady who performed my test today was Valerie. She was professional and managed to do the test with very little discomfort. I think this is the least uncomfortable mammogram I’ve ever had. She is awesome. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Overall this was as good as this sort of test gets. I think. I will return next year.
I cannot share enough about my experience.. I went to have a CAT scan on Monday and unfortunately, I cannot keep my leg steady so I had to come back again. Fortunately, the same technician was on her name is AMy. She Was sent from Heaven. She was so patient and kind and we got to get it done the second time around. I couldn’t have done it without her thank you amy for being amazing.
