Oh my. Don’t get a mammogram here. I had one on April 8th and after a month still can’t get the results- neither can my doctor. I guess I will have to call my insurance company as they paid for the test. My calls are not returned.
They over charged me and they even told me they did. But it has been over a year and I still have not gotten my money back yet! Crooks! I have made 9 calls and still have not gottem my money and they even told me they made a mistake. I am going to have to go file a lawsuit to get my $200. Also they put you hold forever and you listen to stupid music and every 20 seconds a stupid lady comes on and says the same thing over and over again. Kim in the MRI department was wonderful. She fully explained the process before during and after. She was very informative and helpful. Everyone here was very helpful, from the front desk to admissions to the technicians.
Very helpful staff and Dr from Emory. Easy access off of Oconee connector. No wait time. Clean building.
Very good experience at this location. Scheduled my procedure through the app. Greeted on arrival at the reception desk. Staff were all professional. Minimal wait time. Clean and modern facility. Convenient to get to from Athens or Watkinsville. If you need imaging services consider Piedmont-Oconee.
