Brought son here for an MRI ordered by the Sports Ortho Center next door. Front desk staff just sits there to point people to a kiosk to check-in. Anytime a patient asked for help with the kiosk they acted inconvenienced and bothered. Our appointment was at 7. At 7:40 were told the MRI tech overslept and was on the way. I generally appreciate transparency, but why not say "the tech is delayed in transit."? Poor experience only to be made worse when the bill comes in and you see what indifference and bad service costs.
Oh my. Don’t get a mammogram here. I had one on April 8th and after a month still can’t get the results- neither can my doctor. I guess I will have to call my insurance company as they paid for the test. My calls are not returned.
They over charged me and they even told me they did. But it has been over a year and I still have not gotten my money back yet! Crooks! I have made 9 calls and still have not gottem my money and they even told me they made a mistake. I am going to have to go file a lawsuit to get my $200. Also they put you hold forever and you listen to stupid music and every 20 seconds a stupid lady comes on and says the same thing over and over again. Kim in the MRI department was wonderful. She fully explained the process before during and after. She was very informative and helpful. Everyone here was very helpful, from the front desk to admissions to the technicians.
Very helpful staff and Dr from Emory. Easy access off of Oconee connector. No wait time. Clean building.
