I am deeply disappointed with my experience dealing with Piedmont Healthcare following an emergency room visit. To be clear, the clinical staff were kind and professional, and I appreciate the care they provided. However, the experience quickly unraveled once it came time for discharge and billing. I do not recommend. They do not have doctors on staffWhen there is an emergency specific lay , as as a wound doctor. We had a very bad experience there and would never , ever recommend the e r in Ellijay GA

As retired nurse who is very picky. Got to use our ER 1/12 when I just about cut off index finger. Check in receptionist very pleasant and prompt Triage male prompt. Dr Fontana had xray done right away. He himself treated my injuries professionally promptly. Saw no nurse until discharge papers. Top notch care and grateful to have such wonderful experience when Im very picky patient 10 stars

I have been here only because it's the closest. Staff is nice... they are under staffed. Next time I have to go to ER I will drive to blairsville ga to an actual hospital. They don't even offer me something to drink.
