Great experience from Piedmont Honda and Ross. We are from out of town and needed the torque converter replaced on our Honda Pilot. Piedmont took it in on Saturday afternoon and had us back on the road by Wednesday (service for this is very time consuming). They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made sure I'd know when my vehicle would be available. Thank you so much Piedmont Honda.
We had complex work done on our older model Pilot ac. Ross and team facilitated thhe work, shortened the wait time and arranged for a loaner car until the repairs were done. Can't say enough about Ross, Lars & Gary - they (and the others in the service dept) are the reason we buy Honda vehicles.
