Greeted immediately by Ross in the Service Dept. I have all my oil changes to my Honda vehicles at this location. Mechanic provided a video of the multi point inspection; which I found very helpful. They are very thorough. I would like to thank the manager by telephone!
I am very impressed. I moved here from out of state. My Accord was extremely noisy when I purchased it from another dealership. The original dealer had it in the shop 7 times for a total of over 8 weeks and couldn't fix it. One trip to Piedmont Honda and the problem has been solved. My next car will be purchased from Piedmont.
