I am very impressed. I moved here from out of state. My Accord was extremely noisy when I purchased it from another dealership. The original dealer had it in the shop 7 times for a total of over 8 weeks and couldn't fix it. One trip to Piedmont Honda and the problem has been solved. My next car will be purchased from Piedmont.
If I could give zero stars I would. About two weeks ago, I brought my car in for an inspection as I knew my wheel hub bearing was going out and speculated my serpentine belt and motor mounts were going out. Took them over 24 hours to actually look at it even though I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. They told me everything looked fine except the valve cover gasket was leaking.
