Never again! Took my car in for AC issues last month. Drop off the car first thing in the AM, yet they had it for several hours before they even looked at it, not until I mad 3 phone calls asking what was going on. Then they call me finally in the afternoon telling me I have to pay $185 for a diagnostic, how crazy is that. My daughter is a student in the Anderson area and we got the notice of the fuel pump recall on her CRV so I called to set it up. I was told they were scheduling months out and it would be at least May before they could do it. Well, I knew she would be home in May so called our dealership in Greenville to set it up for then. They were shocked when I told them I heard I need to schedule it months out. She was like we can do it in a week. So, we set it up there for next week.
