I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with the doctor I saw in the OB emergency department. Despite being the only patient there at the time, the wait was absolutely terrible with no sense of urgency. When I was finally seen, the doctor was dismissive and did the bare minimum. He performed only a urine test and a staff member briefly used a Doppler to listen to my babies’ heartbeats and concluded that everything was “fine” based on that alone. Bring a tent and a sleeping bag when you go to the emergency room cause you ain't leaving the waiting room anytime soon. Every time it's 4 to 8 hours minimum to be seen.

This Emergency Room is very unorganized no one knows where the patient supposed to go and it was very unprofessional with the staff

I always say nothing worse than wasted time. Never have I been so displeased with my scope of care. No real diagnosis or answers for my prolonged symptoms and told to take exactly what I been taking the last 4 weeks for resolve which is nothing but allergy meds. All that for 4 hours!?😡 Also, parking and pulling back out into the street is the worst! Definitely should be a traffic light instead of a stop sign.

The ER at Piedmont Henry was a living nightmare. We waited over 15 hours as my fiancé experienced excruciating pain. We kept getting triaged, and ended up leaving and going to a doctor’s office…which had opened over the course of our long wait. Just horrible
