I've come to Piedmont Henry more than a few times and each time it's been pretty good and quick service. The nurses were all very nice and the doctors were extremely detailed.

Everything went well. Everyone was extremely nice!!! Outside of the pain my experience was a positive one.

Worst experience I have ever had. Once I made it to the back and MRI ordered, the doctor said I needed a urine sample. I waited a few hours to see when I was going to get the cup. I was never given the call remote after searching i found it on the floor. No nurse came in initially to write on my board and introduce themselves after shift change. So after I found the remote I pressed the call button nothing, I subsequently pressed the button 2 additional times and no one came. I eventually opened my door saw someone in the ha... read more

Extremely long wait from 3, to midnight. Room give was dental chair which was extremely uncomfortable..Patient had chronic spinal stenosis pain. Came because Piedmont urgent care diagnosed kidney stone. Doctor was good. Upon discharge asked for wheelchair after given pain meda, muscles relaxer and steroids. THE NURSE ASKED ID I COULD WALK. Never had that happen probably for legal reasons. I walked out. Not planning to return should another need arise.
