I had the absolute worst experience here and this wasn't the first time! I appreciate getting reminders about my appointments but damn, they call you, email you and text you reminding you to be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 250 p.m. and I arrived at 210 p.m., signed in and filled out my paperwork which took all of 3 minutes. I want to thank, Kayla and Tammy in the Records Dept., for putting such dedication into my records being sent to OPI, FOLLOWING UP WITH ME, WITH CONFIRMATIONS, despite OPI saying it was never sent. THANK YOU, LADIES! If only OPI had great employees like you two. This is not a job of passing out lollipops! This is serious work! PLEASE DO YOUR JOB MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVES. And these two women get it!
