I had my mammogram appointment this morning and The medical care and imaging services at this center were exceptional. The clinical staff and techs were professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. However, the check-in process was deeply disappointing due to the poor attitude of the registration clerk. The clerk, Claudette, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. I was scheduled to have a mammogram this morning. I called a couple days ago to VERIFY with them and my insurance company that they accepted it and was told yes by SEVERAL people from both sides. Come to find out, as I am about to check in, I’m told it’s no longer accepted. But they failed to communicate with the insurance company and UPDATE their website! They sent a confirmation text but can’t call to verify insurance information before the appointment?!, needless to say, I walked ... read more
I had a bone density test this morning. I do not know names but the lady that came out to call my name for paperwork was friendly and helpful. The lady that called me back for my test was friendly and quite professional. Thank you ladies for being kind!
I had the absolute worst experience here and this wasn't the first time! I appreciate getting reminders about my appointments but damn, they call you, email you and text you reminding you to be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 250 p.m. and I arrived at 210 p.m., signed in and filled out my paperwork which took all of 3 minutes.
