Our AC went out on Thursday. Called to schedule an appointment 1st thing Friday morning. Was told it would be the following Thursday. Got a call on Sunday saying they had an appointment open up on Monday between 11:00-3:00. Took off work. At 1:00 received a text that appointment was moved to Tuesday between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Ridiculous!
