I wish I could choose zero stars. This office values their time far beyond the health, welfare, and convenience of their patients. Appointment #1: We called 10 minutes prior to the appointment to let them know we were held up due to traffic and would be a few minutes late. They said, "no problem as long as it's no more than 15 minutes." We got there exactly 14 minutes late and were notified the appointment had been canceled.
