Very professional, caring, best MRI I've ever had
My mother had a fantastic experience at PHC Imaging Center. All of the staff from the receptionist to the person completing the imaging were extremely friendly and they were extremely efficient. They were on time and everyone was very pleasant and helpful! Keri provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help my mother get both her scans completed.
Wonderful front desk welcome is amazing as well the person who's do your images. They give you a lot of support and confidence to go easy with the exam. They're always on time with your appointment time. Also give you options for additional adjustments to your schedule. I really recommend!
Great experience at PHC imaging—as I entered I was immediately greeted ! Keri was training Alexis and doing a great job as Alexis was welcoming organized friendly and efficient! When I was called back Elizabeth explained that she had two trainees and asked my permission if they could join in the mammo appointment.
