Pleasant, efficient, quick, & accommodating to the need, I formative!
The personal care, the colonoscopy procedure and Dr Travedi and all the nurses were outstanding. The pre-op visit (waste of time) and the pre-op instruction sheet is everything I dislike about the medical profession. The pre-op instructions are rude, condescending, arrogant, and unreasonable. They need to rewrite this entire set of instructions.
