Dr. Williams is amazing. So thorough and caring! She figured out a thyroid problem that was too complex for my pcp. Am so grateful to have her managing my thyroid. I have only had one interaction on the phone with front desk, so I haven’t had the issues that others posted. They are kind and competent in person.
