The service is the best bar none.
Everyone in the office is always courteous and nice. Crystal is very concerning, and informative.
Recently had a pre-op appointment. I was there maybe a total of 20 minutes. I think I was asked my birthdate 6 different times. Ridiculous and annoying. In fact, the entire pre-op process is annoying, unnecessary, and expensive. I am quite sure this is a requirement for insurance companies, but as a patient and consumer I get zero value.
I went two weeks ago to Piedmont healthcare comprehensive digestive. I saw Tiedra Palmer.. She so professional and knowledgeable about your digestive system. She did a couple tests and some bloodwork informed me of what was going on. I asked her many questions and she answered all of them. I love Tiedra!!!!
All was good with the exception of timing. Surgery was scheduled to take place around 9:30 but did not occur until 3:00. It made for a long day for both patient and family.
