Do not bring your small child here. Choose one of the other laboratory locations if you can. The phlebotomist will not look at your child or speak to your child, only you. Your child will be pulled and tugged on like an object. They will be crying before even seeing a needle because of being treated so poorly. I went in yesterday without an appointment and was only there for 20 minutes. I’m a hard stick, always a problem. I usually have huge bruises after a blood draw but not this time. I can barely even see it this morning. I wish I had gotten the girls name because she was amazing!
