This is one of the worst places to go. My husband put a request in for his medicine that he takes daily. First they said they didn't see it, even though l saw he had done that. Then they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. We called them at 3:00 and spoke to them and they were going to correct the situation and send the prescription to the right pharmacy and of course there closed now and my husband still doesn't have the medicine he needs daily. After making an online appointment for sinus support, I was told that all of Piedmont doctors will not see patients with sinus issues. You are directed to go to urgent care. What world do we live in when a doctor refuses to see a patient?! I am not interested in urgent care where you are ushered in and out with only a perscription for a high co-pay. I would like to speak to a medical professional to consult on the root cause of my symptoms. Very disappointed, Piedmont!
After waiting for a new patient appointment, setting up MyChary, giving them all of my PPI- I get to the appointment to be told that the NP (Lauren Bolle) could not see me due to having a meeting at the same time. Then I was told my issues are too complex and they would need to refer me out. I need a GP & I’m fine with being referred, I just don’t know where to start. I was seen in the office today and i have been coming there for years and they have gotten newer staff since my last visit and i just have to say that they are wonderful!! so friendly and empathetic and the Dr. that treated me today at the Austell rd location Dr.Kara Witsiepe was AMAZING!! I have never had a doctor like her if i could use her as my primary care i definitely would she was so nice and understanding and listen so well and huge help!! by far the best PA i have had in my 30 yrs.
