Customer service could be a lot better. They rarely answer the phone which transfers to voicemail after a couple of rings. They also do not return calls the same day as indicated (if at all). One of my standard test results was mishandled resulting in a false positive. I received the results in the mail, nobody bothered to call to setup a follow up appointment.
