I made an appointment for the same day I called. The receptionist said I needed to bring in proof of income for recertification, I informed her I had a note from the elderly lady I work for and said that was great. I showed up for my appointment and then was told that wouldn't do,( it had to be on there form) so they couldn't except my note. I asked could I still be seen and she said it would be full charge.
