RecommendedI've been seeing Dr. Lalonde here for years, and I recommend him to my friends. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone I've dealt with at the practice has been professional and friendly, and when I went in recently, I was happy with the precautions they're taking for covid-19. The MyChart system took some getting used to, but it's really nice being able to access my records and test results through it.
You all are very insensitive. I am very disgusted that your facility would call yourselves dismissing me for a bill of $5.82 I never received during a pandemic and during the time I have not been well. I have had two virtual appointments and instead of your facility following up two days later as you said, you decide to follow up with a rude phone call about a bill that's actually on my daughters account I never received.
Not a place that will help you, if you are seeking answers about being in pain I would go elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
