Customer service is horrible! Such unfriendly, & dishonest staff. Also had to ask about a rebate on contacts that should have been offered at the time of purchase that no one bothered to mention. They're extremely pushy and when we didn't purchase both contacts and glasses, the mood quickly became even more sour. They billed my health insurance AND my vision insurance, then I paid $99. out of pocket in addition to them raking my insurance over the coals.
