Worst optometrist & services I ever been to & hopefully ever have to experience ever! Rude comments by optometrist during exam. Eye glasses made my vision worse than it was, went back for a supposedly better pair of eyeglasses but seemed to be the same pair. Even with Medicaid they made me pay out of pocket almost $100. without any extras on eyeglasses that didn't improve my vision any! Had alot better experience at Harmon Eye care.
I had my yearly check up on 11/2/20. Dr. Moss is very good and answered all my questions. The waiting room was clean along with exam rooms. Also Janie, who did the eye charts and eye pressure was also very nice and informative. Overall, a TOP notch doctor and staff. Thanks. Update: 12/12/22. Had my eyes checked again today. This office has the rudest office staff I’ve ever seen ! They are lazy and have no clue how to work with the public ! Only good thing about this office is the Doctor.
I've visited 3 times and and only 1 visit was an actual success, there won't be a fourth. Seems as if no one employed there knows how to do anything correctly. Oh, our automated system must have glitched... More like your employees. 0 of 10 would recommend unless you were my worst enemy!
