They were to look at a TV for a Walmart purchased warranty. They told me they would come out to the house but send them some pictures of the problem. they NEVER came and looked at the TV and reported that it had damage to Walmart therefore my claim was denied. I caution you when using Piedmont electronics for Walmart warranty work. Didn't do their job and it cost me my TV.
