I had a very unpleasant experience with Karen, the Pharmacy manager. She was not nice to me and very snide. She was talking about how I couldn’t get my medication and I wanted a solution as I have a chronic illness and need the medication in order to live. She said “what do you want me to do, I can’t make the medication appear” I said, how rude. She said “I didn’t mean it in that way.
