I’ve been going for over a year now, the front staff are overly nice and the back staff go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. I’ve had a lot a work done and I’m a huge baby-they really take time to discuss all options, and when I ask questions they are very responsive. No one has ever had an attitude. I have had one bad experience with a cavity fill but I truly think it was me being a weenie and nothing to do with them. The staff are very accommodating! You are able to get an appointment as a new patient promptly. Very professional and welcoming! Excellent customer service!
I've been at this office for roughly 8 months. They take an immeasurable amount of time to get you scheduled, 2 to 3 months to be exact. I show up to my appointment without knowing they've "changed" their confirmation policy. Which means they are actually calling to confirm appointments unlike the previous 8 months without warning. They refuse me at the door without being notified through message that they wouldn't be seeing me today.
