For the last 5 years I have had many mods done at PCM, and they have been great to work with. Eric has done a great job tuning the Mustang with the supercharger they installed. From the suspension upgrades, to a complete brake install, to the supercharger and many smaller items in between. You can trust these guys to do it right, and not waste your money.

Had my car in storage for almost a year and when I was able to get them on the phone they always said it would be done next week, and the next week so on... Made me pay up front for parts that I never got and stole some of my good engine parts... Finally had my car hauled to another shop and still haven't been able to get them to send me a receipt for the 2500 dollar deposit I left after calling several times..

I'd love to recommend PCM but unfortunately I cant speak on behalf of their work. I can however tell you that the customer service I experienced was horrible. I set up an appointment over a month in advance, my girlfriend and I took off of work since it would be an all day job. I show up this morning and am told that one of their techs has been out all week and they cant work on my car. So absolutely no phone call, which would at least allow me to go to work, they just waited for me to drive all the way out that morning to t... read more
