I live in the neighborhood and really enjoy supporting local businesses. I’m not sure if Piedmont Printing has changed ownership or staff recently, but my experience there yesterday was disappointing compared to the great service I’ve had in the past. I went in to print some small posters, and the employee who helped me was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked if he could resize the images for me, he told me to do it myself online. I can’t say enough good things about piedmont Print! We’ve used them for several projects now, and every time, they deliver with quality, speed, and great customer service.
