The ER exam rooms are indicative to those of a third world country, separated only be a thin partition where every word between patient and doctor can be heard. The electrical outlets are unsecured for little ones to explore. NOT GOOD. Floors filthy, tremendously long wait time between lab work and results.

Dr. Rebecca Reamy was truly God-sent. We rushed our baby daughter to the ER after a terrible accident, and from the moment Dr. Reamy walked into the room, I knew we were in the right hands. She immediately recognized that Halo had second-degree burns, acted quickly, made sure she received the care she needed, and got us into the burn unit as quickly as possible! I had to bring my toddler in late in the evening, and we were in and out. Everyone was very kind and patient with my screaming son.

Experiences are very important to me and just the interaction with Heather, makes me feel like everything will be okay. She's the only person i can name but everyone has a very kind and empathetic attitude from security to doctor. I hate coming frequently cause obviously somethings wrong but I love when I do come here and get treated with respect, so thank you.

We have had many ER visits here. The staff is wonderful and always does a very good job.
