I was in ER yesterday, August 24, 2025 for vertigo. I was checked in and within 10 minutes triage they done all my vitals CT scan to rule out anything other than vertigo. The whole process only lasted maybe two hours I was very pleased with all the staff Doctor nurses assistance and all this is about the best ER I’ve ever been to thank you.

Watched a doc and nurse get handsy with each other while I sat there waiting for them to help me. This place feels like a college or something and the employees get upset when you interrupt their social time with other employees. I don't understand why these people choose to work in the medical industry and then get mad when they have to deal with mentally or physically unwell people. Went there a few days ago for an ear infection. I have no insurance. Was given a bunch of medications and sent on my way. A little over 24 hours later I woke up with such extreme pain it radiated down my ear and through my jaw. I went back was tossed into a room and waited. The doctor showed up pushed on my face which was in pain said something about tmj and just walked off. Came back shoved a Cotten thing into my ear canal told me I was getting shots and left again. I’ve been here before really no issues but today I took off work cause I wasn’t feeling well felt drained and tired and my right leg is hurting and numb from buttocks to side of my foot. My shoulder pass injuries is swollen and also uterine issues.
