I had a very pleasant appointment with Dr Joyner. From the minute I walked into the office to the minute I left the staff was so courteous and professional. Dr. Joyner came to meet me in the waiting area and then after the consultation he walked me back out again. I was referred to this practice on 8/22/22 by my physician for a colonoscopy. My physician told me that if I had not heard from them in 3 days to give them a call. I waited until 8/26 and called them since I had not heard anything. When I did call, the person answering the phone took my information and let me know that they would return my call within 2 weeks. Wait, what?? It takes 2 weeks to return a phone call to get an appointment? Since that time, I have moved on to another Gastroenterology practice for my colonoscopy. T... read more
