I stopped by Piedmont Chrysler Dodge Jeep after having a failed attempt to buy a new vehicle. I was immediately greeted by Marlon. He was extremely helpful and polite as he guided me into the showroom and introduced me the Kenny the sales manager. Together they showed me the reason that their vehicle was the best deal of the day. By the time the deal was done it was very late. Took my truck there last week for service, when I got home I notice my driver seat had a puncture hole in it and my glove compartment was damage. Tried to contact them and they kept putting me on hold, plus was told someone would call me back. Haven’t hear from them yet
