This place infested with bed bugs everywhere!!!! I went to visit a family member and seen the bed bugs with my own eyes as i was sitting on the couches in the tv area, I jumped up and looked a little closer to see & it was disgusting. So many bugs and residents just sitting comfortably on them, told one of the aides and they said this isn’t new and the maintenance man does nothing about it!!!! I wish i could give it no stars THIS IS NOT OKAY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT LIVE LIKE THIS

Not a respectful place. Always smell of urine in the hallways. The Memory Care unit, the employees are more concerned with coloring in their coloring books then checking on the residents. Constantly on their personal phones. They don't care about the residents. Clothes, bible and other personal items are Always missing from our mother's room. Very disappointing place to put your loved ones.
