I only give this 2 stars because you have one of my family members actively in your community. You will claim this is false. I attempted to place a second family memeber here which is related to them. You denied them due to a food allergy. This is against federal laws. I will be contacting your ED and owner this week. I also will be reporting you to "NC Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR) Complaint Intake Unit" on the grounds of discrimination. We recently moved our loved one out of this place after being there for several years. The place reeks of urine as soon as you walk in. Patients from the memory care unit have gotten out multiple times.. walking down the street (I've personally witnessed it several times)! The nurses are busy giggling and comparing shifts instead of taking care of patients. Lack of compassion. Never put your loved one here. Compared to the new facility our loved one is on, this place is the dumps!

I love when I come to visit how warm feeling it is. I love how it’s a family owned company. The staff always greets me and is so welcoming. The residents all are wonderful and talk very highly of the staff and how amazing the owners are. It’s always clean and smells wonderful.
