My Mom lives here. So far, I am very pleased. My Mom is happy. She likes her meals, she gets her meds, she gets her hair done. She also enjoys playing Bingo. Miss Ranay, the activity director is amazing. My Mom really likes her. If it’s nice outside, when I visit, me and Mom enjoy sitting outside in the gazebo and walking around the garden. So far, I’m very happy with the facility and the services.

I would not recommend Piedmont Christian Home as a place of employment. The pay is low, and for the amount of work expected, it’s simply not fair. Employees are given the bare minimum in terms of compensation, and there seems to be little appreciation for the hard work that goes into taking care of the residents. The lack of adequate pay reflects in the overall morale of the staff, which ultimately affects the quality of care. This place does not pay their employees accordingly and they also have a problem with insects so i highly recommended you NOT send your family member here or work here PERIOD. They treat staff and residents horribly. They have employees stealing residents medicine and getting high but if a hard working employee does the slightest thing they get put on PROBATION which is told to all shifts and put out on a board for everyone to see.
