HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1 year for echo and cardiologist visit Waited Over 1 hour for echo and another hour for doctor Doctor never ca n e A rech finally told me he was in surgery Had always left the office knowing if heart surgery necrssary before Piedmont took over The office did not seem to know anything other thsn telling me I owed money for foctor vidit although I paid 50 dollars and saw No Doctor In addition charged $100 more than University for echo last ye a r Poor customer service is,an understatement
I had an appt yesterday, and I was somewhat annoyed by the medical assistants because it seemed as if they were not aware of why I was there, Also she barely looked at me which was rude, and spoke very fast like she didn't have a care in the world about patients what so ever!!!!So they continued to ask me questions about what happened the last time I was there, and why was I sent there.
