This place is so disappointing. I brought my sister here for mental health issues she was suffering with. They had us here for 4 hours just to say they wouldn’t be able to help and to go seek help elsewhere. Please refrain from bringing family here.

After a suicide attempt I spent a week here, and while the staff tries hard they can't defeat an institutional model of care. We can't have visitors, no one to talk with for therapy, can't go outside, can't smoke or listen to music and coffee is hard to get. If you think that would help then think about this: infection control is very low for physically sick people. I'm taking chemotherapy meds that cause low immunity, and no one who was coughing was asked to wear a mask. The nurses did give me a mask upon request. Several o... read more

I’ve been hospitalized twice here and both times I had an amazing experience, everything is organized & the food is great shoutout Charles, Dianna, Chanel & Jon they did a good job and what they’re doing!!!

Negative stars if I could. This place not helpful at all with treating me for postpartum psychosis/depression. If you love your friends or family dont go here. Workers are verbally and physically abusive and when I tried talking to anyone about it I was called the crazy one. I was physically held down and had my head slammed off the wall for asking what the medication was I was getting injected with. As the patient you have the right to know.
